Crafted in Seki, Japan, Mu knives are a blend of East meets West and combine the best of both cultures. The bamboo handles are natural and environmentally friendly. The vintage, high carbon, molybdenum vanadium steel is tempered to a 58 rockwell. With a slightly higher hardness than our German series, and the extremely sharp cutting edge, these knives are consistent with the Japanese tradition of cutlery.
